By using Deep Stencil, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

Service Description

Deep Stencil is a web platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate tattoo designs, body try-on previews, and professional stencils. The service is intended for both enthusiasts and professional tattoo artists.

AI-Generated Content

Deep Stencil uses state-of-the-art generative artificial intelligence models. To protect our intellectual property, we do not disclose the specific models used.

Generative models are stochastic in nature: each generation produces different results, even with the same prompt. This is expected behavior and not a service defect.

Due to the stochastic nature of AI, multiple attempts may be needed to achieve the desired result. Plan limits take this need into account.

Account and Registration

An account is required to use the service. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activities performed through your account.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

Designs generated through Deep Stencil may be freely used for personal use and for tattoo creation. The platform, code, trademarks, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Deep Stencil.

Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to: mass-resell generated designs, use the service to generate offensive or illegal content, attempt unauthorized access to systems, intentionally overload servers.

Limitation of Liability

Deep Stencil is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI results will meet your specific expectations. We are not liable for how you use the generated designs, including their creation as permanent tattoos.

Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
